Qualification

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Communication & Messaging
    • Build and maintain consistent brand image and messaging across all communication channels.
    • Develop communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Content Creation & Management
    • Create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, videos, social media captions, and newsletters.
    • Manage content for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  3. Public Relations (PR)
    • Establish and maintain good relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
    • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and handle media inquiries.
  4. Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
    • Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
  5. Event Coordination
    • Organize and promote marketing events, product launches, and partnership activities.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  6. Advertising & Media Placement
    • Manage and monitor advertising in print, digital, radio, and outdoor media.
    • Control budgets and ensure cost-effective media placements.
  7. Internal Communication
    • Develop internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and internal campaigns.
    • Support inter-departmental synergy for promotional activities.
  8. Market & Competitor Analysis
    • Conduct market research to understand trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
    • Provide strategic insights for brand communication and promotional planning.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  1. Core Skill
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
    • Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling ability.
    • Creative thinking with a good eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
    • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
    • Project management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  2. Technical Knowledge
    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM).
    • Knowledge of social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
    • Basic design and layout understanding (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
    • Experience in CRM systems, email marketing, or content scheduling tools.
    • Understanding of media relations, event management, and brand strategy.
